 is a rubberized elastomeric waterproof coating designed from special resin and rubber for superior water resistance. 

 is an SBS modified bituminous emulsion that forms a seamless, flexible vapor-proof protective coating. 

RBE-10:

• Concrete roofs, metal surfaces, basements, bridges, toilets, and kitchens
   
• Polyurethane foam slabs, polyester built-up roofs
   
• Interior and exterior floors/walls
   

RBE-5:

• Used for cladding works to prevent moisture infiltration
   
• Suitable for damp substrates and closed/confined areas
   

RBE-10:

• Highly elastic, forms a rubber-like membrane
   
• Cold-applied and seamless
   
• Resistant to oxidation, UV, ozone, chloride, and sulphate
   
• No mixing or heating required
   

RBE-5:

• Cold-applied and non-toxic
   
• Asbestos-free, low VOC, environmentally friendly
   
• Good adhesion to most building substrates
   
• Can be used in confined spaces

Both products require:

• Complete cleaning of contaminants like oil, grease, dust, etc.
   
• Mechanical grinding, grit blasting, or high-pressure water jet may be used
   
• Repair of surface imperfections and removal of friable concrete

RBE-10:

• More durable than asphalt coatings
   
• Resistant to peeling, chipping, aging
   
• Long lifespan in harsh conditions
   

RBE-5:

• Tough, flexible vapor-proof membrane
   
• Maintains performance in damp environments
